If you have an innovative idea and you want to start a new business, the Joseph Newman Innovation Center
(NIC) has "Your Window of Opportunities." The center was created to help you start your new business. It can also
support an existing business that needs some special assistance. If needed, NIC has modern office, light manufacturing and wet
lab spaces available for long or short term leasing. The lease includes many shared and professional services.
Our services are not restricted to the centers tenants. NIC staff can assist any business, big or
small, solve problems. Regularly scheduled programs and seminars are designed to keep you informed on key business issues. Our
partners, listed below, have expertise in financing, accounting, R&D, business management, HR, manufacturing, distribution,
business expansion and dozens of other business related issues.
The Joseph Newman Innovation
Center is part of a larger network of support facilities
located throughout Missouri. This network has years of experience
in the fields of Advanced Manufacturing, Information Technology
and Life Sciences. NIC has established partnerships with
Missouri Southern State University, Missouri Department
of Economic Development, Small Business Development
Center, SCORE as well as four other Innovation Centers.
These partners can assist you on all aspects of major
business issues.
